Zoran Cerovic M.Sc. (Eng.) is President and the Chief Architect. Zoran has over 18 years of industry experience, working and successfully managing high end IT projects for companies like Bank of Montreal, Nesbitt Burns, AGF, Bell Canada, CIBC, Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada Life, Ontario Hydro, J. D. Irving, Integra Capital, and others. He brings a vast knowledge of information technology, software development methodology and PMI PMP project management methodology to the projects he is engaged in.

Zoran is certified in the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and SEI CMM, and was actively involved in the ISO 9001 and ITIL implementations and certification for BMO. He managed the distributed Nesbitt Burns Corporate Database and has extensive experience with relational database modeling, as well as Object Oriented Analysis and Design. He has earned numerous awards for the results achieved on his projects. 

Elaine Dupuis is Executive Vice President. Elaine is a leading expert in administrative practices, technology products and services for the Human Resources and Pension and Benefits industry. Elaine's experience in the Human Resources and Pension Administration field spans 25 years working in the private sector, consulting in the actuarial and benefits community and as an executive in the software business.

Elaine is a frequent speaker at HR and Pension conferences and has authored numerous articles in industry trade magazines. She has served on committees for various associations and not-for-profit organizations and was Chair of the 2002 Association of Canadian Pension Management National Conference. Elaine was also a member of the HRPAO Board of Directors and the CEBS Advisory Board. 

Celio Couto B.Sc. (Electric Eng.) is our Vice President of US Operations . Celio has over 26 years of IT experience working in all aspects of software development in USA, Canada, Brazil and Japan.

Celio has extensive experience working on numerous relational databases projects, including more than 15 years of experience on ORACLE PL/SQL, ORACLE Forms, ORACLE Reports, Javascript, HTML. He is an excellent communicator, fluent in English, Portuguese with conversational Spanish and Japanese. 

Davorin Arsic is Vice President of Development. Davor has extensive experience in the implementation and customization of various CMS and other web platforms. He has a deep understanding of web technologies, different design approaches and 3D modeling practice. 

Borislav Stepanovic is Vice President, Infrastructure Solutions and Design. Boris has 23 years of experience in the IT industry, working with clients like Exxon Oil, Municipality of York, Scotia Bank, Great West Life, CIBC, Allstate Insurance, Trans America, IBM, Microsoft, Bell Mobility, Ericsson, MDS Laboratory, Hallmark Cards, Peel Regional Police, Hydro One and Ontario Power Generation. Boris is is ITIL certified architect.

Boris was involved in a wide range of information technology projects, as a project manager, senior consultant, system architect, customer relations manager, and in other technical roles. He has proven leadership experience and strong business development skills, built through his work with a variety of clients from small computer resellers, to industry giants and the largest financial institutions, telecom companies and government agencies. 

Nebojsa Lazarvic B.Sc. (Eng.) is our Vice President of Database Technologies.
Nebojsa has 17 years of IT experience working in roles such as DBA Team Leader and Senior Database Administrator with clients including Bank of Nova Scotia, MFXchange Holdings Inc., TELUS, Mobtel, etc.

Nebojsa has extensive experience working on numerous projects involving relational databases including ORACLE, DB2, and MS SQL, running on a variety of operating environments including UNIX (Sun Solaris, AIX, SCO), Linux, and Windows. He has expertise in database installations, upgrades, performance tuning, backup and recovery, data warehouse, replication and PL/SQL programming. He is ORACLE Certified Database Professional (OCP DBA).

Dragan Stojanovic B.A.(Economics) is our Director, Internet Marketing and SEO Services.

Dragan is a Google Advertising Professional. Everything he knows about internet marketing and Google advertising is from practical experience. For 14 years he was running his own e-commerce business. Last 3 years he spent specializing in SEO and Google PPC management.
